i’ve been trying to stay active even with this big belly getting heavier every week
• my soft goal right now is 5,000 steps a day — nothing crazy, just enough to keep my body moving and my mind clearer
• some days it’s a slow waddle around the house, other days it’s a gentle walk with my husband
• the biggest help?

• he walks with me every single day, holding my hand and rubbing my lower back when it starts aching
• he celebrates every time i hit 5,000 steps like i just ran a marathon
• he randomly texts me during the day asking “how many steps so far baby?” and always sends the sweetest “that’s my girl 💕” messages
• he even downloaded a step counter app just so he can cheer me on in real time
• pregnancy makes everything feel heavier — my body, my emotions, my responsibilities
• but having him beside me makes it feel lighter
• he reminds me i don’t have to be some super pregnant fitness queen
• i just have to move a little every day and be kind to myself
• that support means everything to me
today i hit my 5,000 steps again 💕
