woke up feeling that familiar mix of tired and happy, my big round belly making everything a little harder but also so worth it. our little one was kicking softly like they were saying good morning and it made my heart melt even though i’m already waddling around the house

– still doing all the normal stuff even with this bump — made breakfast, cleaned up the kitchen, did some laundry, and cooked a little something for later because even pregnant i like taking care of our home and my husband. it’s exhausting sometimes but it also makes me feel strong and useful, like i’m building our life with every little chore. i never thought i’d be so happy being an alt girl housewife, all black clothes and eyeliner while i’m folding tiny onesies and rubbing my belly

– did my usual black eyeliner and threw on one of your hoodies, feeling cute but comfy while i ordered some tiny black baby onesies online (our kid is gonna look so alt and i can’t wait)

– tonight we’re doing our movie date at the imax for Disclosure Day then baby furniture shopping and i’m honestly so excited to hold your hand and pick stuff out together

nothing crazy, just another gentle day of being pregnant, still handling the house stuff, and feeling really lucky to be doing it all with you. that’s the best part 🖤
