Have you ever been camping?

Yes… and it’s one of our favorite ways to remember what life can feel like when we step outside the system for a little while.
– We love camping because it’s simple. No electricity, no Wi-Fi, no bills, no clocks telling us when to eat or sleep. Just us, a tent, a fire, and the stars.
– We pack light, cook over an open flame, and fall asleep to the sound of crickets and wind in the trees.
– There’s something deeply anarchist about it — choosing to live without the grid for a few days, relying on each other instead of convenience, and remembering that we don’t actually need most of the things society tells us we can’t live without.
– Last time we went, we spent hours just sitting by the fire talking about how we want to raise our little bean.
– We talked about teaching them to build fires, read the stars, trust their own instincts, and question everything.
– No screens, no schedules, no one telling them how to think. Just freedom, curiosity, and the natural world.
– Camping reminds us that real freedom isn’t loud or complicated. Sometimes it’s as simple as pitching a tent, turning off the world, and choosing to live by our own rules for a weekend.
– It’s messy, it’s uncomfortable, and it’s perfect.
– We can’t wait to take our baby camping one day — to show them how to roast marshmallows, sleep under the stars, and feel what it’s like to be truly untethered from the machine for a little while.
What about you? Do you camp? What’s your favorite memory under the stars?
