Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?

Write about a time when you didn’t take action but wish you had. What would you do differently?

– A few years ago, before we were married, my husband came home from a really hard day at work. He looked exhausted and heavy.

– I could see how much he was carrying, but instead of stepping up, I froze. I made dinner and gave him space because I thought that’s what he needed.

– Deep down I knew he needed me to pull him close, rub his shoulders, tell him how proud I was, and just hold him until he felt lighter. I didn’t do any of that.

– I wish I had taken action right away. The second he walked through the door I should have walked straight up to him, wrapped my arms around him tight, and refused to let go until some of that weight lifted.

– I would have run him a hot shower, climbed in with him, and just held him under the water. I would have told him how amazing he is and how safe he is with me.

– If I could do it differently now, I would be bolder with my love. I wouldn’t wait for him to ask — I would give comfort freely and without hesitation.

– That moment taught me something important: especially now that I’m pregnant, I never want to hold back again. I want to show up for him and for our baby every single day.

What about you? Is there a time you didn’t take action but wish you had? What would you do differently?

We’d love to hear 💕
