What Place in the World Do You Never Want to Visit? Why?

What place in the world do you never want to visit? Why?

Honestly? I never want to visit a war zone or any place where people are suffering because of violence, bombs, or hate. I’ve seen enough pictures and videos of places torn apart by war — Syria, Gaza, Ukraine — and my heart just can’t handle it. I know it’s important to be aware of what’s happening in the world, but I don’t think I could walk through streets full of rubble and pain without breaking down. I’m too soft for that. I’d rather send love and money from afar than stand there feeling helpless.

– I also never want to visit places that are built on extreme cruelty to animals or people — like certain factory farm areas or prisons where conditions are inhumane. I know they exist, but I don’t want to see it up close. My heart is too tender for that kind of darkness.

– And maybe this sounds silly, but I never want to visit anywhere that feels cold and empty inside — big, soulless cities made only of concrete and money with no trees, no water, no life. I need nature. I need color. I need places that feel alive.

I guess the places I never want to visit are the ones that would break my heart too much or make me lose faith in humanity. I’d rather spend my time in places that feel like hope — beaches, forests, little towns with kind people, or right here at home with you, building our own little world full of love and laughter.

What about you? Is there a place in the world you never want to visit, and why?

forever yours (still grateful for our soft, safe little life together),
